A 1.5" diameter antique silver medallion with a scroll design around the perimeter has a green marbled center made from polymer clay that is sealed in resin.  The medallion uses a silver link chain with a lobster claw clasp.  It is 22" long.  
 
All metal used is hypoallergenic, nickel-free and is sterling silver, silver or gold plated or stainless steel unless noted otherwise. Every item is handcrafted, custom made, nothing mass produced.
